Purchased in 1857 by Seth Grosvenor, these 20 lots form a large circular family compound. The pale gray granite central monument which dominates the lots; features a bronze hinged hatchway to the crypts below. SETH GROSVENOR is inscribed across the upper front header of the monument, while ELISHA WILLIAMS is inscribe across the upper rear header.

Individual gravestones for the remaining interments are concentrated in the upper right and lower left quarters of the lots.
