Brucker, Ferdinand -- Saturday. Ferdinand Brucker, mention of whose death is made in another part of this paper, was the father of Lewis Brucker, of this city, and was one of the foremost citizens of Shelby. The deceased was born in Germany in which country he received a fine education. He came to Shelby about fifteen years ago and has always been considered one of the most learned men in that place.
