Benjamin Pfeifer
Was born in Wurttemburg Germany in 1841 he later imigrated to America in the late 1860's were he married Miss Emma Wertz in the 1870's (They had 3 children) they moved out west to Nevada and settled in Virginia City were Benjamin owned the Washington House/Hotel & Restaurant (Or what ever they were called in the 1870/80's) He died June 5th 1913 of heart failure at age 72 and was laid to rest in the family plot in the Catholic Section of the Virginia City Cemetery.
