ENDICOTT, Thurston Age 73, of Endicott, died Monday, December 25, 2006, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital, in Huntington, West Virginia. Born October 21, 1933, in Endicott, he was the son of the late William and Coonie Spears Endicott. He was a retired truck driver for Prestonsburg City Sanitation; and a member of the Church of Christ, in Prestonsburg. He is survived by his wife, Delcie Jervis Endicott. Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son and daughter-in-law: Johnny Keith and Darlene Endicott of Endicott; a sister, Clara Faye Endicott of Endicott; and seven nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Herby Endicott. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 28, at noon, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, with Tim Blankenship and Joe Ryan officiating. Burial will be in the Goble Cemetery, at Endicott, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home. Visitation is at the funeral home. (Floyd County Times 29 Dec 2006)
