"Jennie I. Elliott, 87, of St. Paul, a Plainview native, died Monday, July 28. The former Jennie Reich was born Dec. 7, 1898 on a farm north of Plainview. She was baptized and confirmed in Immanuel Lutheran Church of Plainview by Pastor G. Drews. She attended school in rural Plainview. On April 23, 1918, she and Harry L. Elliott were married. They farmed north of Plainview for two years before moving to St. Paul. Mr. Elliott died Sept 14, 1976. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Charles. R. (Esther) Mc. Kee, Jr. of Little Canada and Mrs. Rudy (Helen) Bodnar of Racine, Wis.; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Luella Pretzer of Plainview; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Mabel Heil of St. Paul. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Charles R. McKee, III.
