Floyd E. Jirrels Jr., son of Floyd E. Jirrels Sr.& Fannie Hathaway.Flo
Born in Coffeyville, Kansas. Floyd had one brother Floyd E. Jirrels was know to his family as Buster, Jerry to friends, Dad to his children and Grampa too. Floyd's mother passed away from Fever when he was only eight years old. Floyd's Father married Irene which also gave Floyd two step sisters.
Floyd joined the Navy when he was just a teenager which included time served during Pearl Harbor and many years in the service with his brother Deane. Floyd loved the Navy.
He first married Irene from which their marriage gave them two children. Daughter, Clara Jean (Angel)and Son, Floyd (Skip). Irene had two children prior to her marrage to Floyd. A son named Allen Chambers and Daughter named Karen.
Although Floyd did not raise her Allen and Karen, he accepted them as his own in later years when they came with their children. Irene passed away in the early 1970's.
In 1974 Floyd being a widow, he met a new neighbor named Ann and they married in October of 1974.
Ann had four children from her prior marriage. Floyd treated her children as his own and even blessed them with offering his last name to them. With Ann's youngest child John only being 10 years old, Floyd and John spent many years together camping and fishing.
Floyd later worked as a V.A. Home Inspector in Phoenix Arizona. Floyd was forced to medically retire at the age of 62 due to health problems.he was a young 63 year old at the time of his death.

Clara Jean had two children, Norman & Lisa Harwood. Norman lives with his wife Jenny in Texas with his two children. Lisa also lives in Texas with her son Brandon. Clara Jean is
married to Lindle Waits in Omaha Texas.

Beside Floyd (Jerry) is his wife, Ann who passed away on 8/8/2006.
