MRS. PEARL BRYANT MC CARTY, 80 OBITUARY
Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl Bryant McCarty, 80, who passed away Monday in a local hospital after a short illness, were held Tuesday from the Chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev. J. B. Lumpkin and the Rev. Clarence W. Keene officiated and burial was in the IDEAL CEMETERY. Pallbearers - not copied.
Mrs. McCarty was a native of Crawford County and had lived in Macon County for 48 years. She was the wife of Charlie L. McCarty of Ideal, who survives her, and a member of the Little Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, are a son, Albert E. Hudson of Snellville; four daughters, Mrs. Timothy J. Hartman of Reynolds, Mrs. J. D. Durham of Thomaston, Miss Louise McCarty of New York City, N.Y. and Mrs. W. D. Warner of Ideal; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
