Hannah Olson Hansen was born in Sweden in 1848, and died in Dec 1934. She was the wife of prominent Gilpin County, Colorado mining man, Peter Christian Hansen. She immigrated to this country in 1873, with a brother but they were somehow separated, and she met her future husband, who was Danish, who helped her reconnect with Ira Olson. The couple were married about 1875, and they settled in Black Hawk, Central City and Nevadaville. They were the parents of Paul Carl Hansen and Herman O Hansen
