Dan T. Spencer, 49, well-known Leaksville-Spray, N.C. citizen, died Friday night at his home there.
Funeral services were held yesterday at Spray Methodist Church, with burial in Overlook Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, four sons and five daughters, and two sisters, one of whom is Mrs. P. K. Dallas of Martinsville, Va.
