Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Leamer, 83, Jackson, Mich, widow of the late Rev. J. S. Leamer, who died Sunday at Jackson, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Larkin funeral home. Rev. Arthur Angersbach (the deceased's son-in-law) will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Angersbach of Grand Island, Neb., and Mrs. Ruth Thomas of Jackson, Mich.; a son, Dr. Bruce V. of Los Angeles, Cal,; three brothers and four sisters.

Elsie Nyboe was born in Denmark and immigrated to the United States in 1880. Her family is shown in Blair, Nebraska in 1885 then and in Grand Sioux City Journal 12/13/1955 Island, Nebraska, in 1889. She was united in marriage on August 25, 1897 at St. Paul's English Lutheran Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, to Rev. J. S. Leamer, the pastor of the church for the past two years. Rev. Fremont Leamer, brother of the groom, officiated. (Grand Island Daily Independent - 8/26/1897)
