Mozelle Marlowe Greene, of Johns Creek, GA, passed away on February 11, 2014. Born July 27, 1920 to W.O. and Lessie Hodges Marlowe, she was a native of Leaksville, now Eden, NC.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, William W. Greene; her parents; and seven siblings. She is survived by her son, Dale Greene and his wife, Toots, of Johns Creek; and daughter, Cheri Greene of Tallahassee, FL; grandsons, Jason Greene and wife Lindsay of Cumming, GA, Ryan Greene and wife Ashley of Suwanee, GA, Andrew Greene of Johns Creek, GA, and Danny Greene of Tallahassee, FL; and three great-grandchildren, Avery, Braedy, and Landon Greene.
A resident of Cocoa and Rockledge, FL for 54 years, the Greenes were charter members of Rockledge United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Greene will be buried beside her beloved husband at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South U.S. Highway 1, Rockledge, FL. There will be a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19th. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Florida, Alzheimer's Association Chapter Office, 988 Woodcock Rd., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32803, (407) 228-4299.
