Esteban "Steve" ("Paye") Villarreal, Jr. passed away on December 28, 2009 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. He was born Oct 17, 1937 to Esteban Villarreal, Sr. and Elena (Encinas) Villarreal in El Paso, Texas. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for 10 ½ years and the U.S. Air Force for 10 ½ years, Special Forces. He enjoyed fishing and playing baseball. He attended St. Jude's Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He treasured the time he spent as brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather, and husband. He will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Esteban and Elena Villarreal and his brother, Alfredo Villarreal.
Steve leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 31+ years, Carole, his daughters: Mrs. Lee McCoy (Sheila), Ms. Belinda Corley, and Mrs. Waylon Davis (Vivian); his brothers and sisters: Mrs. Roberto De La Cruz (Isabel), Jesus Maria Villarreal, Mrs. Sabino Escobar (Rosario), Manuel Villarreal, Sr., David Villarreal, Mrs. Hector Barraza (Herlinda); his grandchildren: Jeremy Steven Corley, Jessica Laurice Corley, Orville Lee McCoy, Charles Eugene McCoy, Christopher Villarreal, Ethan Royal Everett Davis, Emily Madison Yvonne Davis, great grandchild Kiley Rose Corley, and an extended host of family and friends.
