East Bloomfield - Mrs. Susan M. Boughton, 87, widow of Frank D. Boughton, died suddenly Wednesday, May 13 at her home 57 West Main Street.
She was born in Victor, the daughter of Patrick and Mary Carter Malone. Most of her married life had been spent in this community. As a young woman she conducted dancing classes in East Bloomfield, West Bloomfield and Victor. She was a charter member of the Court Isabella, Catholic Daughters and the Rosary Society of St. Bridget's Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Walter Slattery and one grandson, John Slattery both of Lima and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass was conducted on Saturday morning in St. Bridget's Church. Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Victor.
