Victor Moore Jr. Was born to Victor Moore and Adele Mercer Moore on October 3, 1921 in Louisville, KY. He served in the Marines as a Corporal during WWII. He married Pauline Wymore Comer on June 21, 1946 in Falmouth, KY. Beginning in 1950, he was a local television personality in Cincinnati, OH. The first program he was a part of was Jerry's Animal Land dressing up as various animals in sketches. He then became the co-star, along with Dolly Good(One half of famous country western music duo Girls of the Golden West), of Circle 12 Ranch, a western themed children's show on WKRC-TV. He was a cowboy named Chuck Wagon (Chuck) Moore. Whenever famous TV/Movie cowboys would come to Cincinnati to perform, he would host the shows. Notable celebrities he hosted were Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Wild Bill Hickock and Jingles, and many more. Another show he hosted was called Smokin' Guns, also on WKRC-TV. He sometimes was a guest on Midwestern Hayride. In the 1960's, after his TV shows had ended, he became a radio DJ for WKRC and WZIP. He was a graduate of The Art Academy of Cincinnati. Later in life he was a graphic designer and artist, until his death on October 7, 1991. He was survived by his wife Pauline, their children, Carol, Mark, and Norman, and grandchildren, Dan, Chad, and Ryan(children of Carol), Angela(daughter of Mark), and Shelby(daughter of Norman).
