This is a cenotaph only (memorial stone).
From Kerby Price: "Priscilla (and her husband, sons David and Robert, and grandson James Noel) are buried in the Vance Cemetery in Weaverville. Priscilla’s grave is unmarked, as are the graves of Robert and James Noel, but she is resting next to her husband. The marking in Riverside was built to memorialize four of the family members buried in the Vance Cemetery."∼There is no marker, but officials at the Gov. Zebulon Vance Birthplace across the street said Priscilla is buried in the cemetery with her husband, David, and son, David Jr. A Marker for David was placed by the DAR, but David Jr.'s original marker still exists.
