This is the "Old Abandoned Genoa Village Cemetery". Located in back of a garage on Academy Street (known at one time as School Street), on top of a high bank overlooking Big Salmon Creek, that runs through the village of Genoa.

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH "GENOA RURAL CEMETERY" WHICH IS ABOUT 1 & 1/8TH MILE GOING EAST, ON STATE ROUTE 90. "GENOA RURAL CEMETERY IS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 90. THESE ARE NOT ONE IN THE SAME, THEY ARE 2 SEPARATE CEMETERIES.
