Add PhotosThis cemetery is located in No. 6 Township, Cleveland County, N.C. about four miles northwest from the city limits of Shelby, N.C. on the crest of a small hill and the south side of a farm road leading from the present home of Frank Cornwell, and being about 125 yards north of First Broad River on present farm of Charlie Cornwell and Frank Cornwell, old farm of Ab Cornwell, their grandfather, and also the old farm of McCaggie Cornwell, their great grandfather.

Condition of cemetery: The cemetery is grown up in bushes and other undergrowth. Until recently many large oak trees stood in the cemetery, all of which are now dead. The ground surrounding the cemetery is in cultivation. The cemetery shows no care whatever.
