Thank you to all the contributors to Find a Grave!

I like walking about in old cemeteries, so it seemed natural to start to document them. If you want to use any of the gravesite photos for your family trees please feel free to take copies or screenshots, you do not need to ask permission. Note the word gravesite. Please do not copy family photos without permission as many do not belong to me. Edits to content are generally welcome; I may send you a message if I have reviewed your edits and have questions. Your edits may be declined if they do not follow Find-a-Grave instructions; I will try to explain how to make them compliant if I am declining edits.

CANADIAN VETERANs: I try to put a proper Canadian Legion poppy on each Canadian war dead or veteran's grave that I work on. Please note that the Canadian Dept. of Veteran's Affairs states that one has to return alive to be called a Veteran. For the purposes of Find-a-Grave, some contributors have pointed out to me that designating someone with the "V" symbol, while not absolutely accurate if they were KIA, does make it easier to locate veterans and war dead. Not everyone agrees, but I have continued to designate war dead with the V symbol. I hope I do not get a letter from Veteran's Affairs and that the Canadian Legion still lets me drink their coffee. No disrespect is ever intended for veterans.
