Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Anderson - Perasso Funeral Home. The Rev. Frederick C. Lubs, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate. The body was cremated.
Mr. Larson was born 2 December 1884, at Malmo, Sweden. He came to the United States as a young man & worked in many states & Canada. He married Margaret Poston, September 1927, at Elk Point, SD. She died November 1948 in Sioux City. He worked for Cudahy packing plant for 32 years, retiring when the plant closed. Mr. Larson was a Lutheran.
Survivors include 3 stepdaughters, Mrs. Verl (Gwen) Kaino of Sioux City; Mrs. Oren (Daurice) Marquis & Mrs. Fred (Dot) Dunagan of Astoria, Ore.; 9 step grandchildren; and 11 step great-grandchildren.
