Cynthia Anne Kaminski, 54, formerly Antioch, Ill., passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints Medical Center, Racine. She was born March 29, 1957, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Robert and Rosemary (nee: Jacobson) Frisbee. Cindy had lived many years in Antioch, Ill. before settling in Sturtevant four years ago. On June 8, 1975, she married Jim Kaminski in Chicago. Ill. She enjoyed playing computer games, camping, taking care of others, reading, and her morning coffee. Cindy always put others before herself. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Jim; two children, Jim (Sherry) of Sturtevant and Jennifer Kaminski of Racine; two grandchildren, Rose and Jim Kaminski; and two sisters, Sue (Rich) Ravenscraft of Wauconda, Ill. and Mary (John) Mazur of Bensenville, Ill. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2011, at the Strang Funeral Home of Antioch, 1055 Main Street (Route 83), Antioch, Ill. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. and continue after the service until 9 p.m. on Friday. Interment will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in West Lawn Memorial Park, 9000 Washington Avenue (Highway 20), Racine, Wis. 53406.
