MRS.HELEN P.MITCHELL
Mrs. Helen Pickel Mitchell, 49,of 114 Abell Avenue, Solvay, died at University Hospital of the Good Shepherd yesterday afternoon of cerebral hemorrhage. Born in Brockville, Ont., she had lived in Solvay 40 years and was a member of Chapter 654, Order of the Eastern Star, and of Bethlehem White Shrine. Surviving are her husband Roy Mitchell; one daughter, Mrs.Alta M.Childs; one son, Milburn A.Mitchell; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Pickel of Mannsville; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Wall of Clyde. Funeral services will be conducted at the home at 2 P.M. Tuesday, Religious services will be conducted by Rev. George M. Whiting of Asbury Methodist Church, Solvay, and lodge rites by members of the Eastern Star. Burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery.
