Mary Emily, daughter of John and Emma Conaway, born Sept.12, 1897. She married James Hill. Seven children. Mr. Hill died 21 years go. Leaves 4 sons: Vern of Mt. Carmel, Ray, James and Donnie all of Fairfield, and 2 girls. Rosalie Simmons of Cisne and Margie Reggetto of Newark, N.J., 2 brothers Walter Conaway of Fairfield and Larkin of Granite City, 2 sisters. Mrs. Mamie Savage of Enfield and Mrs. J.W.
