John Schenck, aged 39 years, and who lived in Dresden in this county until seven years ago, when he moved to Fort Miller, died on Saturday in a hospital in Oneonta. He started on Saturday on an automobile trip to Dresden to visit relatives and suffered a stroke which resulted in his sudden death. He leaves his wife, his father, C. Schenck, of Lyons, Mich.; his mother, who lives in Dresden; two sisters, Mrs. Henry O. Hood, of Dresden, and Mrs. Mary Mills, of Lyons, Mich., and two brothers, Richard, of Potter, and Orlando, of Fremont, Mich. The burial will be In Fort Miller.
