Marie V. Ditmire: Marie V. Ditmire, 77, 2011 Jefferson St., died at 7:29 a.m. Saturday in Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home. She was born May 2, 1906, in Logansport to Raymond C. and Anna O'Mara Wickersham. She was married April 20, 1933, to Gene E. Ditmire, who died in 1960. She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church and the church's altar and rosary society. Surviving are one son, Joseph, 927 Michigan Ave.; one sister, Lucille Scott, Modesto, Calif.; two grandchildren; and two nieces and one nephew. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Vincent's Catholic Church with the Rev. Maurice Miller officiating. Burial will be in Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday in Kroeger Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at4:30p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Society of America.
