Mrs. Elizabeth D. Gallagher, 21, an elevator operator at Hotel Syracuse, died yesterday in St. Joseph's Hospital, where she had been a patient since last Sunday, when she was struck by a bus in Central Square. Her home was at Central Square RD 3. Surviving are a daughter, Deborah; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Davis; four sisters, Edna, Carol, Diane and Bonnie Davis, and several aunts and uncles. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Frasier Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald Prigge. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow.
