Doc W. Black
Doc W. BLACK, 87, died at 7 a.m. Monday in the Haven Hubbard Home, New Carlisle, following a week's illness. A former resident of Fulton, he moved to New Carlisle in January, 1951.
He was born on Oct. 28, 1867, in Cass county to Andrew W. and Mary (CAFFERT) BLACK. Mr. Black for many yeas was a painter and decorator. He retired several years ago.
Survivors are a broter, Orvee W. BLACK R.R. 1, Twelve Mile, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ditmire funeral home, Fulton, with the Rev. Donald ABBEY in charge. Burial will be in the Fulton cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
