Kurt Gordon Boyce (42) of Hyrum, Utah passed away tragically on Tuesday, June 7, 2011.

He was born in Logan, Utah on January 27, 1969. He was the son of the late Gordon & Kay Boyce (Midvale, Utah) and Janet M Ewer (Hyrum, Utah). He was one of three children, (Michelle) & Dean Gille- McFarland, WI. (Susan) & Shane Lindquist – Hyrum, Utah.

He had four beautiful children. Michael Boyce, Cassidy Boyce, Jhenon Robinson, and Pahri Boyce.

This remarkable man had a distinctive personality, he stood out. He was the first to volunteer to roll his sleeves up to help others. He was considerate, generous and had a great love for his life, family and friends. His favorite past times included cooking, hunting, fishing and any big boy toys (boats, motorcycles, cars, skis) that moved fast.

But most of all he loved his children. He had a special gift with kids. All the nieces and nephews could not wait for uncle Kurt to play with them. To them he was a worthy opponent in their nerf gun wars…

A celebration of his life will be held at 490 Glenwood Drive, Hyrum, Utah on Saturday, June 18 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Wells Fargo Bank for the Kurt Boyce Memorial Fund.

Rest in peace beloved son, brother and father…. We miss you!
