Funeral services were held on Monday, July 17, at the Parker Funeral Home for Mrs. Laura Ingaborgda Andre, aged 78, of Agate Beach. Interment followed in the Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Andre was born in Solum. Norway on July 7, 1883 and passed away at her home on July 14. She had been a resident of Agate Beach for the past 21 years and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Carl, a son, Roy, both of Agate Beach; two daughter, Mrs. Ella Wool- (unreadable line on microfilm) Calif., and Mrs. Rosa Claridge of Newport, seven grandchildren and a sister and brother, both in Norway.
