Mabel C. Rouch
Mrs. Mabel C. ROUCH, 76, 329 West Ninth street, died at her home Monday afternoon. She had been in failing health the past year. She was working in her lawn when she died and was found by a neighbor.
Mrs. Rouch was the widow of S. Earl ROUCH, former longtime superintendent of Fulton county schools.
She was born March 31, 1893 in Fulton to Vachel and Clara NELLANS POWNALL. She had resided in Rochester since 1933, moving here from Akron. She was married Nov. 28, 1920 to S. Earl ROUCH, who died last April 18, Mrs. Rouch attended the Grace United Methodist church.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Vernon (Ruth) ROUCH, South Bend; nieces and nephews. A brother preceded in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Foster & Good funeral home with the Rev. Laurence I. SMITH officiating. Burial will be in the Fulton cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening.
