Ida E. Rouch
Mrs. Ida E. ROUCH, 81, 829 Monroe street, died at 6 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Hospital. She had been seriously ill for a month. Mrs. Rouch had resided in this city for eight years, coming here from Wayne township.
The daughter of Richard and Abigail (WILLIAMS) REED, she was born March 11, 1873. In December, 1891, she was married to Ezra ROUCH, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Rouch was a member of the Rochester Trinity EUB church.
Surviving are three sons: Earl ROUCH, superintendent of the Fulton County schools; Loyd ROUCH, of the Rochester Farmers Mutual Insurance Co., both of this city, and Lester [ROUCH], near Kewanna; three daughters, Mrs. Fay RANS, of Kewanna; Mrs. Orpha B. FRY, of Winamac, and Mrs. Gail NICOLL, of Logansport; two brothers, Alfred REED, of Logansport and Elmer REED, of Wilmington, Cal.; twenty-nine grandchildren, and fifty-three great-grandchildren.
Final rites will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Trinity E.U.B. church with Rev. Fremont WILMERT officiating. Burial will be in the Fulton I.O.O.F. cemetery. The body will be taken from the Foster funeral home to the church at 1 p.m. Tuesday to lie in state until the hour of the services.
