Elliott, Thomas I.(sic) Ky. Ky. 2lt 2 Ky inf, 9 Oct 1862; hon must out 19 June 1862; 2 lt 13 inf 23 Feb 1866; tr to 22 inf 21 Sept 1866; unassd 15 May 1869; assd to 20 inf 14 July 1869; died 19 Mar 1870.

As successive abandonments of U.S. Army frontier military posts and their cemeteries, the remains of this individual were moved to Fort Abercrombie, Dakota Territory, Fort Abraham Lincoln, Dakota Territory and finally to Custer National Cemetery, Crow Agency, Montana.
