Henry immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1888. In 1900, he was living in Talmadge, Otoe, Nebraska. By 1910, Henry had moved to Clay, Missouri. However, by 1920, he moved back to Nebraska, to Douglas in Nemaha Co. where his family continued to make their home. Henry had married Lily "Lillie" Miriam Schuenemeyer on 15 of Jan. 1903. They had eight children. They were: Walter Herman, 1905, John Henry, 1904, Wilma M., 1907, and four more sons and one more daughter whose names are not known. The 3 known children were all born in Missouri. John Henry moved to Shelby Co., Ohio where he died in 1999. Wilma died in 1966. Walter Herman continued to live in Nemaha Co., Nebraska for the rest of his life.
