Edwin Trenton (Ed) Wilson, 77, member of a pioneer area ranching family, died Friday, May 16, in Harmon Memorial Hospital, Hollis.
The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jody Jay Wilson, he was born at Corsicana, but as a child lived on the Wilson Ranch west of Quail. He had made his home in Memphis since 1912. He was a retired rancher and member of First Baptist Church.
Mr. Wilson is survived by one brother, Tom Wilson, who lives on the ranch at Quail.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Earl Allen, who also lived on part of the family ranch, and a brother, Judge Frank Wilson of Dallas.
