Jennette E. Shackleton Fauler, 84, of Baldwinsville, passed away Thursday at Rosewood Heights Health Center. She was born in West Carthage and lived in Syracuse for many years before moving to Baldwinsville in 1961. She retired from University Hospital in 1975, was very active at St. Mary's Church, Canton-Woods Senior Center, the Columbiettes and Syracuse Home Assoc. in Baldwinsville. Jennette was a wonderful and caring person and will be deeply missed. She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Shackleton, in 1966; her second husband, Bernard Fauler, in 1992; and her son, Lloyd Shackleton, in 2006. Survivors: her daughter, Cheryl R. (Martin) Smith of Lawrenceville, GA; four sons, John W. (Eileen) Shackleton of Camillus, Robert A. (Carol) Shackleton of Baldwinsville, James A. (Kymberly) Shackleton of Baldwinsville and Joseph C. Shackleton of Solvay; a brother, Kenneth (Judy) Rogers of West Monroe; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, and noon at St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St. Contributions: St. Mary's Church, Baldwinsville; the Canton-Woods Senior Center; or Hospice of CNY.
