Edna M. Gothe, 93, of New Carlisle, IN, passed away at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009 at La Porte Hospital.
She was born July 18, 1916 in Galena Township to Benson and Ethel Williams.
Edna loved to spend time at home caring for her family.
She is survived by one daughter, Arlene Gothe, of La Porte; two sons, Ronald (Judy "Alayne") Gothe, of La Porte and Gerald (Donna) Gothe of Sawyer, MI; four grandchildren, Jerud, Jerilyn, Anne and Sarah.
On Sept. 28, 1935, in Watervliet, MI, Edna married Otto Gothe who preceded her in death. Also preceding her were her parents.
Cremation will take place. A private burial will take place at Rolling Prairie Cemetery.
