She was the former Lucille A. Klein and a native of Lenexa, Kan. Survivors include four sons, Robert Koetter Sr. of Floyds Knobs and William, Edward Jr. and Tommy Koetter, all of Borden; 23 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
