Mr. Taylor was a nephew of former Governor Alfred A. Taylor and also of the late Governor Robert L. Taylor. He lived at No. 1704 Jefferson Avenue, Knoxville.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Taylor, and a daughter, Josephine. Mrs. Taylor is a sister of G. G. Pendergrass of Marion N. C. who attended the funeral. The young daughter, Josephine, returned to Marion with Mr. Pendergrass.
