Passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Campbell House Hospice - Collingwood at the age of 75. Don of Wasaga Beach, formally of Niagara Falls region.

Beloved husband of Kathleen Henning (Kathie, nee Tee) for over 54 years.

Loving father of

Sarah (Del) Terrelonge, Robert (Bob) (Cynthia Duffy) Henning and Erin (Jesse Frederick) Berkery.

Proud Grandfather of Hayley and Shayne Henning, Cole Terrelonge, Violet and Penelope Berkery, Joseph and Oliver Frederick, and Blake Duffy.

Caring Brother of Gloria (John) Davidson and Michelle (Danny) Neudorf.

Don will also be missed by his many friends and extended family members.

Don was born in Meaford and grew up in the Niagara Falls area.

He and Kathie met in high school and the two were married on October 4, 1969.

Together they raised three children, putting down additional roots in Bradford.

Don had a career in plant management in the energy transmission industry.

Outside of work he could be found cheering on his children, and later his grandchildren,

at sports fields and arenas. An outdoor enthusiast throughout his life,

he spent his leisure time snowmobiling, fishing, and camping.

Always counted on for a laugh, a shoulder, or a kind word of support,

he'll be missed by all those he touched.

Arrangements are entrusted to Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home - Wasaga Beach Chapel. Cremation has taken place.

A private family interment will be held at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery - 483 Lakeshore Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Friends are invited to come celebrate the life of Don at the

St. Davids Lions Club - 1462 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake on November 11, 2023

at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made under Don's memory to the

Hospice Georgian Triangle - Campbell House.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Leon Irish, as well

as the entire staff at Campbell House for their extraordinary care and kindness.
