Mrs. Isabelle F. Jeffrey, 83, of 1732 E. 4th St., died Thursday in a Duluth hospital. A native of Duluth, she was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Parrish and the Business and Professional Women's Club. She was a retired insurance agent. Surviving are two sons, Fred, Huntington Park, Calif., and William J., Albany, Ga.; two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie McGraw and Mrs. June Vitullo, both of Duluth; a sister, Mrs. R.A. Grady, Duluth; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
