David Cogswell, Dies in Manistee
Mrs. Joseph L. Williams of 507 North James street received word of the death of her half-brother, David Cogswell, 52, of Manistee and his year-old granddaughter.
Mr. Cogswell died at his Manistee home and was proceeded in death by his granddaughter, Anna Cogswell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Frederick Cogswell of Manistee, who died enroute to Traverse City hospital.
Mr. Cogswell is survived by his widow; his son; four brothers, William of Crystal Falls, Rual of Manitowoc, Wis., George and Ellsworth of South Bend, Ind.; his mother of Manistee and his half-sister here.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from LaValle funeral home in Manistee. Funeral rites for the granddaughter will be held at 8 a. m. Thursday from St. Joseph's church in Manistee.
