Mr. Isaak farmed, and retired in 1987 after 30 years as a school bus driver for Davis Bus Lines. Ed was a member of St. Anthony's Church in Beckemeyer and the Clinton County Farm Bureau.
Mr. Isaak is survived by a sister – Rose Marie Rudock of Sun City West, Arizona; 2 brothers – Jim Isaak of Carlyle and Henry Isaak and wife Dianne of Bethalto, Illinois; 2 sisters-in-law – Aggie Isaak of Centralia and Dolly Isaak of Breese and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and step-mother; a sister – Henrietta Isaak; 3 brothers – Robert, Alferd and Jerome Isaak and in-laws – Peter Rudock, and Helen and Marie Isaak.
A Christian funeral service will be held for Mr. Isaak at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 29, 2007, at Zieren Day Funeral Home in Carlyle. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Beckemeyer.
