Goold's co., Col. McIntosh's regt.; age, 22 yrs.; stature, 5 ft. 8 in.; hair, dark; eyes, gray; nationality, American; occupation, husbandman; residence, Dedham; received of Maj. Stephen Badlam and delivered to Brig. Gen. Jonathan Warner at Fishkill by Capt. Robert Davis.
