Funeral services were held at the Fedde Helfrich Funeral home in Peotone on Saturday for William Buck who died in his home on Thursday following a lingering illness. Mr. Buck was born in Green Garden township and was engaged in farming around Monee practically all his life retiring about four years ago.
He is survived by his widow Clara, a brother Harry, of Monee, three sisters, Mrs. Asa Ginter and Mrs. Amanda Schwiesow, both of Peotone and Mrs. Gust Fink of Chicago Heights. Burial was at St. Paul's Cemetery.
