Sacred to the Memory of Mrs. Fanny Forsyth, widowed of Maj. Robert Forsyth, of the Revolutionary Army who departed his life at Louisville in Georgia on the. day of Sept. A.D. 1805:
in the 46th year of her age and of her infant granddaughter Frances Julia Forsyth who expired the preceding day at the same place; in the 2nd year of her age. The remains of his mother and his child were removed to their spot on the 18th day of November 1824, and this stone placed over them by the direction of the Son and Father.
