Phyllis E Berg, age 96 of Chisago City formerly of Taylors Falls passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Parmly on the Lake. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roland in 2014, son in law, Richard Gustafson, four brothers, Orville, Kenneth, Raymond and LeRoy and four sisters in law.
Phyllis was born to Charles and Anna (Anderson) Swanson in Osceola, Wisconsin on September 21, 1922. She married Roland Berg on September 5, 1941 and they celebrated 73 years of marriage together.
Phyllis worked at the Taylors Falls Post Office for many years and was an active and longtime member at First Lutheran Church in Taylors Falls.
