Brian K Dennis (Mansfield)
January 27, 1962 - August 25, 2018

Brian Keith Dennis, son of Kenneth Howard and Merna Lee (Proctor) Dennis, was born January 27, 1962, in Springfield, Missouri, and departed this life August 25, 2018, in his home north of Mountain Grove, Missouri, at the age of fifty-six years, six months and twenty-eight days.

He was united in marriage to Freda Coble on October 28, 2017.

Brian is survived by his wife, Freda; two sons, Tristan Dennis and wife Brittani of Mansfield and Jeromey Dennis of Springfield; one grandson, Kyler Dennis of Mansfield; his parents, Kenneth and Lee Dennis of Mansfield; two brothers, Lance Dennis of Mansfield, and Brett Dennis and wife Heather of Blue Eye; step-children, Thomas and Tasha Turner of Competition, Kelley Mace of Seymour, and Christina and James Rost of Marshfield; three step-grandchildren who live in the home, Chelsea and Sara Turner and Jacob Gammon; other relatives and many, many friends. He was born in Springfield but lived all his life in Mansfield. He graduated from Mansfield High School in the Class of 1980. He had worked at Dennis Hardware in Mansfield, Rose Metal Products in Springfield, and was the supervisor of transportation for Mansfield Schools for several years. But anyone who knew Brian could count on him for anything. He could fix anything, be it plumbing, electrical, automotive, you name it - HE COULD FIX IT - and his work was second to none.

Brian had made a profession of faith in Christ many years ago and was baptized in Wolf Creek on the family farm. He was a member of the Mansfield First Baptist Church.

In his spare time, he loved to go hunting, fishing and golfing.

Everyone is going to miss Brian - his smile and laugh, his willingness to help anyone in need, and his ingenuity to FIX things.

Brian was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and was truly a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and will always remember the great times we had together.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Mansfield First Baptist Church. Brian requested, that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Hensley Cemetery and made through the funeral home. Services are under direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Mansfield.

Memorial Service-Saturday, October 13th at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Mansfield, Mo.
