Mrs. Louisa Bugler Grant died Friday morning at home, 308 W First Street, Oil CIty, after an illness of four years. She was born near Mercer, daughter of Jacob and Rebecca Bigler.
Her father was one of three Bigler brothers, one of whom was William, Governor of Pennsylvania, and another, John, Governor of California at the same time. She came to Oil City as a young girl and lived here since. She was one of two surviving charter members of Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church.
She married Charles B. Grant, who preceded her in death.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Stanley B. Davidson, Oil City.
Services will be at 3 pm Sunday at her home, with Rev. Olin Clark Jones, D. D., her pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.

Charles died between 1880 and 1900 censuses and is probably buried at Grove Hill. He was born Feb 1839 in PA and was a railroad agent. Louisa was listed as in real estate in the 1900 census.
