William N. Christiancy
William was the son of Isaac Christiancy and Elizabeth McCloskey. William was born in Michigan, and probably the city of Monroe, Michigan where he lived at the age of two years with the family. The home was in the First Ward of the city. His father was a lawyer at the time and had moved from Dundee, Monroe County, into the city of Monroe.
*Note: William's death record has burial at St. Mary Cemetery, and that was what St. Joseph in Monroe, Michigan, was called in the early years mostly by out of town funeral directors. But quite the co-incidence, there is an Old Saint Mary's and Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan where his cemetery marker was actually found.
*Many thanks goes to a wonderful Blake Edwards FIND A GRAVE CONTRIBUTOR #9307679 for finding the cemetery marker.
