Phyllis Hart Moss was born on November 22, 1910, in Logan, Utah. Her parents were Charles Henry Hart, and Adelia Greenhalgh Hart. She was the youngest of eleven children. Phyllis married Frank Edward "Ted" Moss on the 2oth of June, 1934, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Ted died January 29th, 2003. She was the mother of four children, and an active member of the LDS Church all her life. Phyllis is survived by her children; Marilyn Moss Armstrong, sons: Frank Edward Moss, Jr, Brian Hart Moss and his wife, and son Gordon James Moss. A half sister, Mary Lalene Hart, also survives her. Her posterity includes 14 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. She will be remembered always as a beautiful, gracious, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
