MRS. HULDA HOLMBERG RITES ARE SATURDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Hulda Victoria Holmberg, 79, native of Sweden and a Red Oak resident since she was 19, will be held at the Mission Covenant Church here Saturday, August 31, at 10:30 a.m. with the body to lie in state from 9 a.m.
The Rev. Raymond Johnson will officiate and burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery here. Other arrangements are pending with the Sellergren Service in charge.
The daughter of August and Anna Hultman, she was born October 11, 1877 in Sweden and came to Stanton as a young girl. She was a member of the Mission Covenant Church here and its ladies aid.
Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Edith Farnum of Red Oak and Mrs. Alice Stocksleger, also of Red Oak; a sister, Mrs. Ida Otelia Sundberg, Red Oak; brother, Oscar N. Hultman, Stanton; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Hulda Victoria Augustsdotter Hultman, daughter of August Andreasson Hultman and Anna Katarina Johansdotter, was born October 11, 1877 in Ljurs, Älvsborg, Sweden and died August 28, 1957 in Red Oak, Iowa. She married Edward J. Holmberg.
